Job Description (Roles responsibilities)

• Customer requirement hearing and business analysis
• Perform Fit & Gap analysis and prepare necessary documents
• Manage project scope and provide alternative solutions, assess the feasibility, recommend available best solution, and manage impact of implementing the requirements
• Initial setup (DB), Data conversion and user training
• Ensure satisfactory knowledge transfer to our clients during and at completion of a project
• Monitor and control quality of customized program from development team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of ERP Project implementation experiences (Example: SyteLine, QAD, Epicor, etc.)
• Good communication and analysis skills with service minded, and CHALLENGING spirit
• Good knowledge of business operation in distribution, trading, and/or manufacturing, and/or accounting
• Be able to understand and handle users’ complex workflow and requirements
• Ability to communicate and work as a team player
• Good English communication skills in the form of writing and/or speaking

System Analyst

• Provide application development and implementation including: business requirement gathering, requirements analysis, design, database design, integration testing, deployment and technical documentation preparation, user training and consultation.
• Analyze and design solution to solve customer business issue and propose to customer.
• Design and conduct function test and system test.
• Assign and follow up program development and report to Project Manager.
• Controlling quality, issues, change requests, etc.

• Skill / Knowledge : – Deep knowledge of Operation flow, System Design, System testing – Distribution and Manufacturing Business Process – Computer language: C#.NET, VB.NET, Web application, etc. – Database: Microsoft SQL DB
